THE CHALLENGE
One of the greatest causes of the disposition of Afrikans in America is Mis-Education. Nothing can be more destructive to a people than to be presented a lie degisned to look like the truth. This is the reality of our condition. The purpose of an education is to bring out and refine the natural greatness within a person. Education is derived from the word "educre" which means "To Bring Out". The untimate purpose of Mis-education is to extinguish the spark of genius within a person and diminish any potential greatness.
Education builds the minds which builds nations. If your education does not teach you to value your history and culture of your Ancestors, then it is of little value to you. History has proven that an Afirkan mind is a terrible thing to leave in the hands of ill-intentioned Whites or mis-educated Negros.
A born again Afrikan is a conscious Afrikan. Being a conscious Afrikan is the conduit to the Creator. It is the means by which one becomes aware of the presence of the Creator within and without!

Organism as appose to Organization
Organization is derived from the word "organize" which means to arrange or constitute in interdependent parts, each having a special function. Organization is the process of organizing. Arranging things in a spicific order. When something is being arranged, someone has to be doing the arranging! Interdependent signifies the inability to stand alone. One has to rely on something or someone else for support. Operating under the control and direction of another.
A Organism is a body made up of organs that work together to carry out various processes. Living things that have the ability or can develop the ability to act or function independently. A organ is the differentiated part of a organism such as a eye, wing, or leaf that perform a specific function. An instrument or agency dedicated to the performance of specified functions.
I am reminded of an experience early in my mninistry as a member of a church (organization) that consisted of approximately 12 preachers. Naturally with that many preachers in one church, a competitive atmosphere existed. Knowing that my ability was not as great as some but better than others, I remember presenting a specific petition before God for more than six months. My request was " Lord help me to find and know my place" At that time I didn't know the power in what I was desiring. All I knew was in the mist of all these power houses, I had a place there too. I just had to find it and operate in it.
This is the beautiful thing about an organism. There are no intimidating factors. There is no envy, jealousy, or covetious behavior. Why? Because every organ know and understand who and what it is. Realizing it is just one part that makes up the whole!
This can develop into what I call a "SUPER-ORGANISM" which is an organism consisting of many organisms creating a social unit of highly specialized individuals. Each having a specific part to play. The best example that comes to mind is a Orchestra. A large assembly of 20 or more different instruments. Each having a specific part to play. The perfection of the song played is predicated upon each organ of the organism playing their individual part to perfection.
All of us are created with different talents and abilities. We must operate within the confines of those abilities. Always endeavoring to enhance and develop those abilities to perform at their highest potential.
